Thank you for joining me on this fantastical adventure we call life. Just by reading these few short sentences, you have already spent more time with me than I could ask. Time is something to be cared for and used with great discretion, so thank you for deeming this blog worthy of even some of that precious resource.

Who is A.B. Timothy?

Well, thank you for asking! Alfredo Timotheous Benedito is a pen name chosen to honor my Italian heritage and my stepfather. Timothy Benedict, my stepfather, encouraged my love of fantasy from almost the first day I met him. I played my first D&D game at the same game store he called home for many years. Alfredo is a fun name I found when looking into Italian baby names. A.B. Timothy is a name that simply falls off the tongue better than Alfredo Timotheous Benedito.

I am a writer and reader of most things Fantasy and Science Fiction. I am also a casual enjoyer of Westerns. I don’t think I’ll be writing one any time soon, though. My current Sci-Fi WIP is called: A Brother’s Feud. My current Fantasy WIP is called: The Early Years of a Great Mage.

What’s up with the blog?

The blog will be a way for me to stay in touch with those who are gracious enough to call themselves fans of my work. It is also a tool I intend to use to keep myself honest with WIP road maps and done-ness trackers. I will also be posting weekly articles about things like fantasy I have read, insights as to the worlds I am building, and more!
